By downloading or using India Gold Price ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.

Informational purposes only

Gold rates, city rates, rate history, charts, calculator results and news headlines shown in the App are provided for general informational purposes only. They are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The rates shown are a published reference rate that is updated daily — they are not a live or real-time trading feed, and the charts plot daily closing rates. The rate you see may differ from the price quoted by your local jeweller, who will also add making charges and applicable taxes. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and the App is not a substitute for confirming the current rate directly with your jeweller before buying or selling.

Third-party content

Gold rate data, city rates, rate history and news headlines are provided by third-party services, principally NDTV (Gadgets 360 and ndtv.com/gold-rate). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or content of these third-party services. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NDTV, or by any exchange, refiner, jewellers' association or government body.

Advertising

The App is free to use and the free version is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. How advertising data is handled, and the choices available to you, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & billing

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Premium — Ad-Free", which removes all ads and unlocks price alerts and portfolio tracking:

• Price & trial: The subscription is priced as shown in the App at the time of purchase, and includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store; we do not process or store your payment details.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the ad-free benefit continues until then.
• Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Refunds: Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store terms. We are unable to issue refunds directly; refund requests must be made to Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or the third-party services it relies on.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided by the App, including any financial decisions made based on it.

Changes to the App or these terms

We may update the App or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
